LTM 176 - Harvest & Post-Harvest Tech

This course presents an overview of the science behind harvesting and storage of agricultural commodities. Hands-on experience in the laboratory and through off-site learning opportunities involving the harvesting, processing, cooking,and storage of several different crops is integrated into the course.
