Required Courses


*Students must be currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography to enroll. Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course to maintain their position in the certificate program.

*The Age of Coursework for Computed Tomography certificate courses is two years - chair approval required for courses beyond that.  Please refer to College Policy, Chapter 2 - Academic, 3358:11-2-22 Age of Coursework Policy**In addition, per the ARRT, all computed tomography certificate coursework must be completed within the twenty four month period (two years) prior to submission of an application for the post primary examination.

*MIT 255  is an optional course for students who want to take the Computed Tomography registry and need a clinical rotation. Students must be completing or have completed CT certificate courses. If interested in this course, please email Christine_Smith@owens.edu.

Spring Semester


Petition for Certificate Completion


Students are eligible to become a candidate for a certificate when the student has completed all necessary requirements. Students who are registering for their final semester of course work must submit a petition for certificate completion by accessing their Ozone account.
