FNH 280 - Craft Brewing This course teaches the art of brewing. Topics include the fundamentals of brewing, proper sanitation, yeast and fermentation, flavors and recipes, bottling and quality controls. The Craft Beer Brewing course includes lecture and hands-on training. Off-campus experiential learning at local breweries related to course topics.
