GOV 220 - Intro to Constitutional Law This course will introduce students to the process of constitutional decision-making in the United States by primarily focusing on the decisions made by the U.S. Supreme Court. The course is organized around the following areas of law: Federalism, Separation of Powers, Individual Rights, Equal Protection, Fundamental Rights and Religious Freedom. U.S. Supreme Court decisions in these areas will be examined in a broader political, social, and economic context.
