MET 223 - Machine Design II

The fundamentals of strength of materials are reviewed and further studies concepts as they relate to design of machine elements and their functional relationship to machine design. Topics included are springs, shafts, clutch, brakes, gearing, belts, chains and other selected mechanical transmission components.

Co-requisites: NONE

Prerequisites: MET 222
