MAP 240 - Med Asst Lab Procedures

Provides an introduction to the clinical laboratory, an understanding of the structure and function of the urinary system and an introduction to phlebotomy. The student will also be introduced to hematology and blood chemistry testing.

Co-requisites: MAP 130 , MAP 140 , MAP 230 , and OAD 264   

Prerequisites: MAP 105 , MAP 110 , MAP 120 , and MAP 210  with a “C” or better

Credits: 4(Lec: 3 Lab: 3)
