EET 175 - Network Operating Systems This course introduces network operating system technologies. Students examine advantages and disadvantages of Active Directory and other forms of centralized control for network services, basic construction and theories of network operating systems and operational levels of network hierarchy. The lab portion of this course focuses on the setup and day-to-day management of user accounts, network shares, and network services using Microsoft Windows Server as well as Linux-based systems.
