CJS 121 - Criminal Law & Procedure

Studies historical development and philosophy of the law. Examines modern criminal law, with specific reference to the Ohio Criminal Code, the Patriot Act and criminal procedures relating to arrest, incarceration, stops and frisks.

Co-requisites: CJS 101
