FNH 286 - Dietetics Seminar This course is a capstone that prepares students for the national credentialing dietetic technician examination. Review of the exam content domains: food and nutrition sciences, nutrition care, education principles, food service systems and management of food and nutrition services; as well as test taking strategies. Students will also prepare for employment with resume writing, interview skills, professional ethics and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Professional Development Portfolio.
