FNH 105 - Intro to Dietetics FYE Seminar This course provides career exploration in the fields of dietetics, nutrition and food sciences. Information about certificates, associate degree programs and transfer guides to bachelor degree programs is presented. Core knowledge and competencies required of dietetic technicians/ dietitians/ nutritionists are defined. Prepares students for the supervised practice experience and provides awareness of expected professional behaviors to develop for education and career success.
