MUS 281 - Studio Operations Offers a complete overview of working in a commercial recording studio. A focus on entry level assisting & workflow gives the student a foundation from which to build a career. Studios have many protocols to ensure project completion, equipment inventory, project assembly, completion and archiving. Day-today operation, computer use & maintenance and common audio hardware & software are examined through lecture & textbook readings.
