MUS 175 - Music Technology I

Basic audio signal flow, MIDI (Music Instrument Digital Interface) principles and techniques, the virtual studio concept, computer-based sequencing and notation software and operation of modern keyboard equipment. Keyboard skills or concurrent enrollment in MUS 132 recommended.

Co-requisites: CRT 105 with a “C” or better
