DAS 103 - Chairside Assisting I This course emphasizes the importance of proper chairside procedures such as: chair positioning, instrumentation, suctioning, treatment planning, dental charting and caries involvement, medically compromised patient, and parts of the dental unit. This course also involves the instrument tray set-up, pharmacology, the study of drugs, pain management, and how the drugs are prescribed or implemented by the dentist.
Co-requisites: DAS 101 and DAS 102 and DAS 104 and DAS 105
