This major will prepare students for entry level supervisory positions and/or staff positions in the logistics/supply chain industry. The Great Lakes / NW Ohio area is considered a mega-region in Logistics. Northwest Ohio is home to numerous large distribution centers for retailers, manufacturers and shippers, primarily due to its geographic location and access to multiple transportation modes. An Associate Degree in Logistics will give our students a competitive advantage in successful job placement and/or advancement in these companies.
Students working towards the Logistics/Supply Chain degree will also earn their Logistics/Supply Chain Certificate , which could assist students who are job-seeking as they complete their education.
