Fire Fighter I Certificate (Owens Code: ZFF1) 
Retention: The percentage of students Eligible to sit for the State Skills and Knowledge Examinations versus the number of students enrolled on the 14th day. First Attempt Pass Rate: The percentage of students that received a score of 70% or higher on the State Certification Knowledge Exam versus the number of Eligible students. Cumulative Pass Rate: The percentage of students that received a score of 70% or higher (within 3 attempts) on the State Certification Knowledge Exam versus the number of Eligible students.
