Career Program:

Credits earned in this certificate program can be applied toward the Associate of Applied Business Degree in Business Management Technology.

This certificate provides individuals with a basic foundation of coursework and training to prepare for entry-level positions as supervisors in areas such as inventory control, warehousing, purchasing and materials control, logistics and operations management.

Student Learning Outcomes:

  • Students will recognize ethical, legal, and socially responsible business practices.
  • Students will identify, analyze, and develop possible solutions for organizational issues utilizing appropriate business and technological tools.
  • Students will demonstrate leadership and the ability to manage time, tasks, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Students will demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills using the delivery methods appropriate to the business environment.
