STM 104 - Problem Finding

This course will develop a deep, memory based knowledge of the foundation principles and the eight steps of problem solving. Students will gain an understanding of the connection and relationship between problem solving and lean manufacturing. Learn the techniques of applying problem solving methods in the work setting.
