FNH 273 - Hospitality Revenue Management This course provides the learner with an overview of revenue management in the hospitality industry. Price/value relationship and its impact on consumer purchasing; dynamics of supply and demand; analysis of price and inventory; global and internet distribution systems are explored. Formulas used to calculate price elasticity on consumer spending and determining revenue are practiced.
