SVT 260 - Boundary Control & Legal Princ

Provides an understanding of the reasons for licensing of surveyors. The history of boundary and ownership principles is explored along with the modern results of the sectionalized land systems that were developed to settle Ohio. Develops an understanding of landowner rights including portions of Ohio and Michigan Surveying Laws.
