SKT 182 - Motor Control Systems: II

Introduces advanced motor control concepts beyond the SKT 181 level. Discusses and applies reversing motor starters, timing and counting functions, solid-state devices & system integration, solid-state starter, sensing devices (inductive, capacitive, & photo-optic), reduced-voltage starting, accelerating & decelerating methods, preventative and predictive maintenance systems.

Prerequisites: SKT 181 grade “C” or better
