SKT 176 - Electricity: HVACR Principles

Electricity as it applies to environmental control systems used in building maintenance is covered. Includes meters, phase analysis, diagrams, ladder circuits, system components, troubleshooting and laboratory assignments on practical electric circuits and systems with an emphasis on safety and troubleshooting.

Co-requisites: NONE

Prerequisites: MTH 143 and (SKT 170 or SKT 171 ) grade “C” or better in all courses.
