MUS 137 - Pop Music Ensemble

Designed to offer students the opportunity to develop and perfect their instrumental and vocal skills in an ensemble setting focusing on common popular music styles including pop ballad, soul, rock-n-roll, R-n-B, reggae, funk, folk, hard rock, punk, grunge, indie, Motown, country, blues, and/or gospel. Emphasis placed on individual and ensemble performance techniques appropriate to the style(s) and the application of appropriate live performance technology.
