DHY 138 - Dental Radiographic Imaging

Examines dental radiology including radiation biology, radiation safety and protection, x-ray production, intraoral and panoramic techniques, and the production and processing of radiographic images.  Laboratory sessions allow the student to identify landmarks, expose, process, organize and evaluate dental radiographic images.

Co-requisites: DHY 100  and DHY 101  and DHY 110  and DHY 120  

Prerequisites: DHY 122  

Credits: 2(Lec: 1 Lab: 3)
