CJS 230 - Supervision for Criminal Just

Examines criminal justice management and supervision, the jobs within this area, and the complicated inter-relationships with all criminal justice personnel and the communities they serve. Emphasizes leadership and the important roles of clarifying values, vision, inquiry, listening, rewarding and coaching.
