MAP 240 - Med Asst Lab Procedures

Provides an introduction to the clinical laboratory, an understanding of the structure and function of the urinary system and an introduction to phlebotomy. The student will also be introduced to hematology and blood chemistry testing.

Co-requisites: MAP 130   and OAD 262  and OAD 265  

Prerequisites: MAP 110  with a “C” or better

Credits: 4(Lec: 3 Lab: 3)
