IST 268 - Web Based Tech Support & Doc


This course will provide hands-on experience with software and methods to conduct help desk support. Problem tracking, follow-up, and how to maintain high touch, high quality customer support via the Web is emphasized.  The focus is placed on problem solving strategies with emphasis on a variety of web-based practices that are specifically designed for customer satisfaction associated with technological problem resolution and related soft skills.

Co-requisites:  NONE

Prerequisites:  IST 131
