FNH 212 - Essentials of Supervision

Provides practical advice for dealing effectively with people in a hospitality work environment. Topics include effective communication, orientation and training, managing productivity, coaching, discipline, team building, managing conflict, dealing with diversity and professional development. Introduces information on using voice mail and e-mail effectively, sexual harassment, training methods and team development.

Co-requisites: NONE

Prerequisites: 15 credit hours in FNH courses.
