Computer Programming - Developer II Certificate Information

The IST Developer II certificate will build upon the foundation established in the Developer I certificate for students planning to enter the computer programming field or planning to continue their education beyond an Associates degree. In this certificate students will learn to program for multiple platforms including mobile applications, enterprise applications, and the Internet. Students also explore IT project management tools and techniques, database design and structure, and web development tools. Employment outlook is very positive in this field with anticipated growth above average at 22% through 2029.
