Building Maintenance Certficate Information

This certificate is designed for students who would like to work in office and apartment buildings, hotels, motels, hospitals, schools/universities, banks and small commercial and industrial businesses as maintenance personnel. Prior to beginning the certificate, the student should contact the Skilled Trades (SKT) department.  Credits earned in this certificate program may be applied toward the Building Maintenance Major, AAS (Owens Code: SKTB)  program.
